石墨課堂—石墨化爐供電裝置的特點
石(shi)墨(mo)化爐(lu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)主要包括調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器、整(zheng)流(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器、整(zheng)流(liu)柜以及相關(guan)的(de)(de)附屬設(she)備,變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器為三(san)相調(diao)壓(ya)(ya),安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)開關(guan)使低壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)可(ke)以在一(yi)定范圍內調(diao)整(zheng),采用(yong)(yong)硅元件(jian)整(zheng)流(liu)。每(mei)組石(shi)墨(mo)化爐(lu)配(pei)用(yong)(yong)一(yi)套供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),生產時只對其(qi)中一(yi)臺石(shi)墨(mo)化爐(lu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。石(shi)墨(mo)化供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)有其(qi)特殊性,即(ji)由于爐(lu)阻的(de)(de)變(bian)化,通入石(shi)墨(mo)化爐(lu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)一(yi)直在相當大(da)(da)的(de)(de)范圍內變(bian)化,因此(ci),石(shi)墨(mo)化爐(lu)用(yong)(yong)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)最大(da)(da)特點是:二次側(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低,一(yi)般(ban)為數十伏(fu)左(zuo)右,電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)很(hen)大(da)(da),一(yi)般(ban)達上(shang)百千(qian)安,能(neng)夠按照石(shi)墨(mo)化工藝的(de)(de)要求,利用(yong)(yong)頻(pin)繁的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)調(diao)整(zheng),達到控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)負荷(he)和控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)爐(lu)溫的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。石(shi)墨(mo)化爐(lu)爐(lu)芯截面(mian)積的(de)(de)大(da)(da)小(xiao)、爐(lu)芯長度和供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)、輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)參(can)數的(de)(de)調(diao)節范圍必須匹配(pei),才能(neng)保證(zheng)產品質量和達到經濟運行。

石墨(mo)化(hua)(hua)爐的(de)溫度(du)必須達到(dao) 2200℃以上(shang),因(yin)此導入爐內的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)強(qiang)度(du)是很大(da)的(de),大(da)型石墨(mo)化(hua)(hua)爐通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后期的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)高達150kA以上(shang),并且(qie)石墨(mo)化(hua)(hua)爐通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)過程中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)、爐阻及(ji)功率(lv)都(dou)在(zai)相當(dang)大(da)的(de)范圍內變化(hua)(hua),這是一般供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備所達不到(dao)的(de)。例如16000kVA直流(liu)(liu)石墨(mo)化(hua)(hua)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機組的(de)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)變壓(ya)器(qi)采用(yong)66kV直降(jiang),27級有載調壓(ya),變壓(ya)器(qi)二次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為145~38V,經大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)開(kai)關可倒串(chuan)(chuan)并聯(lian)運(yun)行,串(chuan)(chuan)聯(lian)時直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為340~90 V.采用(yong)雙反星形(xing)帶平衡(heng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)的(de)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,輸出(chu)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為170~45V.輸出(chu)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為125 kA。目前(qian),國內石墨(mo)化(hua)(hua)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)機組都(dou)向著(zhu)大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)、低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、增大(da)爐芯電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)密度(du)方面發展,以便縮短送(song)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時間,節約電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)和(he)提(ti)高生(sheng)產效率(lv)。
